It explores legal frameworks, doctrines, and practical challenges in investigating, prosecuting, and preventing serious international offenses, including war crimes, genocide, crimes against humanity, and other gross human rights violations. It also examines the complexity of transnational crimes such as human trafficking, organized crime, terrorism, and cybercrime, as well as the role of domestic and international institutions in promoting justice, enhancing cross-border cooperation, and protecting vulnerable communities. By fostering scholarly debate and interdisciplinary research, this issue aims to contribute to the advancement of international justice and the effective fight against transnational criminality.
