Sententia: Indonesian Law Journal of Criminal Justice and Procedure (ILJCJP) is a scholarly, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the dissemination and advancement of knowledge in the fields of criminal law and criminal procedure, both at national and international levels. Published regularly and professionally managed, the journal welcomes original research, literature reviews, and case analyses from academics, legal practitioners, and researchers. Focusing on legal theory, law enforcement policy, criminal justice systems, and comparative and international criminal law, Sententia ILJCJP aims to serve as a critical and constructive forum for scholarly discourse toward the realization of a fair and effective criminal justice system.
